To request multiple transcripts as part of a single request, follow these steps:
- Select the First Transcript Product: Begin by selecting the first transcript product you need.
- Click the "Add" Button: After selecting the first product, click the "Add" button.
- View the Table: A table will appear on the screen.
- Scroll to the Top: Scroll to the top of the screen to continue the process.
- Select the Next Product: Choose the next transcript product you need.
- Click the "Add" Button Again: Click the "Add" button again to add this product to your request.
- Repeat the Process: Continue this process until all desired transcripts are selected.
- Finalize the Request: Once all the transcripts are selected, click on the "Add" button to finalize your request.
Additionally, you can submit requests for multiple taxpayers in the same session, and an RA (Revenue Agent) can request transcripts for up to 10 different taxpayers in a single submission. However, it is recommended that the total number of all transcripts requested not exceed 50 to avoid a system timeout.
